Shinrin Yoku Classic

This is forest bathing in its pure form. Together we will spend about three relaxing hours in the forest and dive deep into this very special world... We will learn to adress all our senses and intensify our perception. Breathing and mindfulness exercises complete this fascinating experience. 


Shinrin Yoku Intense

The positive effects of forest bathing on body and mind are especially lasting if you dive into the atmosphere of the forest on at least two consecutive days. . Shinrin Yoku intense means: Five hours in the forest twice in a row. Mindfulness and perception exercises are part of the adventure, as is setting the foundation for a profound personal relationship with the forest.


Shinrin Yoku Hike

The Shinrin Yoku Hike is the sporty form of forest bathing. Exercises intensifying the forest experience are included, of course. However, contrary to classic Shinrin Yoku, they are embedded in a 3 or 5 hour hike, where sights by the trailside will be given fair attention. A pinch of endurance - after all we're in the Odenwald with its abundance of hills! - is definitely beneficial, as is the right footwear. But attention athletes: Collecting miles and altitude is not the point here either!


 

In addition I am  also offering forest experiences which all do include elements of Shinrin Yoku, but which clearly have a different focus - for example personal and/or professional development, the supervision of situations of change in life or simply the desire to built a deep personal relationship with the forest and nature.
